‘Arrogant Deluded Twerp’ – Piers Morgan Blasts Erik ten Over Ronaldo’s Decision

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag has been heavily criticised for snubbing Cristiano Ronaldo in United’s 6-3 defeat to Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday.

Piers Morgan blasted the Dutchman for refusing to play the Portugal star and opting for less experienced forwards.

The Red Devils boss watched his side fall to a 6-3 loss to their local rivals in his first attempt at the Manchester derby.

Erling Haaland and Phil Foden scored three each as the home side cruised to victory.

Man United pulled three back though, thanks to Antony and two goals from Anthony Martial.

There were questions as to why club talisman Ronaldo – who’s scored 5 times against City – was left on the bench.

“Imagine benching @Cristiano for Utd’s biggest game of the season, then using five other subs as they’re hammered into oblivion, and then claiming you did it ‘out of respect’ for him?” Morgan tweeted.
