Arsenal Chief Edu Set To Offload 8 First-Team Players As part Of Summer Overhaul

  • Corona Virus pandemic adversely affected sport across the globe paralyzing clubs that affect their normal summer  transactions.
  • Arsenal are set to cut out a number of stars from their squad to save on the wages
  • Edu releases names of Arsenal players he would offload

Arsenal Chief, Edu and Coach, Mikel Arteta are disappointed in the services of Lacazette who has had little influence upfront. Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has also scored lesser as compared to previous seasons.

However, Aubameyang’s contract was extended last summer it is unlikely that they put him on the transfer list. The Gabonese was also tasked to lead the team as captain by Arteta and Edu, meaning he would influence his side to a better future.

As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG , The list by Edu includes David Luiz, Reiss Nelson, Alexandre Lacazette, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Lucas Torreira, Joe Willock, and Eddie Nketiah.

Mikel Arteta has already said they don’t belong to his future plans therefore they should be sold to help him make fresh additions.

Lucas Torreira’s exit is imminent because he has expressed his displeasure with the Spaniard manager over lack of playing time. He is ready to go back to Italy because Fiorentina is interested in his services.

Meanwhile, Edu and Arteta are ready to keep Dani Ceballos and his counterpart Martin Odegaard on a permanent deal at the club from Madrid.
