Liverpool having topped their group ahead of Atletico Madrid in the champions league group stage, faces the possibility of drawing Paris Saint-Germain which would be a nightmare draw for the Reds having to face the likes of Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar, will leave Klopp with some big decisions to make.
If Jurgen Klopp’s side is chosen to play their Champions League last-16 tie on either February 22 or 23, they won’t have much time to prepare for their trip to north London.
Back-to-back tough away games will certainly stretch the Liverpool squad and Arsenal probably won’t mind facing a slightly weaker team as they bid to exact a measure of revenge following a 3-0 loss in the corresponding fixture last season.
