The Senate of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has approved the reopening of the institution and resumption of academic activities with effect from Oct. 24.
OAU
The Obafemi Awolowo University, (OAU) Ile-Ife, announced Thursday, 20 October, for the resumption of the 2021/2022 session.
FUOYE
The Federal University, Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) announced 17th October for the continuation of the 2nd semester for returning students and 24th October for fresh students.
UDU
Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto and the University of Benin have proposed 24 October. The senates of both universities are yet to confirm the date.
BUK
The management of Bayero University, Kano announced October 24, 2022, as the resumption date for academic activities.
UNN
The University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) has announced October 22, as the resumption date for academic activities.

Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye chose October 17, 2022nfor resumption
Alex Ekweme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike – October 24, 2022;
Federal University Owerri – October 17, 2022.
Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike – October 17, 2022;
