EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar has defeated his counterpart, Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress and Labour Party (LP) flagbearer, Peter Obi, in Akwa Ibom State.
