Eko Hot Blog reports that His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Moses Oluwafemi Agusoye II, the Atunluse of Egboroland, on Friday, broke ground for the construction of the Findo Multipurpose Building Project in Ijebu-Jesa, Ere, Osun State.

Oba (Engr.) Agusoye II offered prayers for the successful completion of the project, while praising Findo for facilitating development in Ijebu-Jesa.

In an interview with Eko Hot Blog after the foundation-laying ceremony, Findo said the multipurpose building project will provide opportunities for the Ijebu-Jesa Community.

He disclosed that the project was born from his desire and passion to give back to his community.

According to the United States (US)-based real estate executive, the building, upon completion, will serve as office to various government agencies and bring much needed development and employment opportunities to the community.

Mr. Sola Aluko, a close friend of Findo, told Eko Hot Blog that the project is dear to Findo because of his immense sense of responsibility towards his community.

He stated that the building project, solely sponsored by Findo, comes as no surprise as Findo is well-known for his philanthropic nature.

He also reiterated the opportunities and growth the project will bring to the community.

Findo is no doubt a man well loved by his friends who have known him for decades.

This was evident in the gathering of the 1987 set of Saint Finbarrs College, Akoka, Lagos State.

The former classmates turned up in the aftermath of the foundation-laying ceremony for an All-White Old School Disco Party to honour Findo and his selfless act of giving back to his community.

The Disco Party, which took place at the Prinaj Hotel, Ere, was a gallant affair that reunited the classmates who came from far and near to honour the occasion.

The classmates described Findo as a kind and humble philanthropist, and as a man who is always willing to lend a helping hand without tooting his horns about his good deeds.

The classmates laughed, ate, drank, and danced together into the wee hours of the morning.
