Even though beans are known to have numerous health benefits, some people avoid them out of fear of developing certain illnesses.
According to research, constipation, stomach aches, and bloating are all possible side effects of eating too many beans.
1. Gastrointestinal Problems.
Beans, in addition to being high in protein and fibre, contain complex carbohydrates that, they can cause bloating in sensitive individuals. This is especially true for people who are not used to consuming a lot of fibre creating gas.

Constipation is defined as having fewer than three regular bowel motions per week and is a medical disorder. As many as 27% of adults have experienced it, as well as the associated symptoms such as indigestion and flatulence. It is more likely to arise as you get older or become less active.

If you are suffering from this condition, avoid beans as much as possible, as it will only make the situation worsen.

3. Weak Kidneys or Dialysis
Consuming beans is never easy for patients on dialysis as it put additional strain on the kidneys, due to their high phosphorus and potassium content.
This would even compound the kidney problem, so if you are suffering from this disease, avoid beans, or consume just a little, if necessary.
