People Who are expecting to have surgery. The reason is that it can make bleeding continuous during a surgical operation, thus medical professionals advise patients to stop eating garlic 2 weeks before coming for surgery.
3. Halitosis or Bad Breath
If you have bad breath or issues with halitosis, then there is a need to also be mindful of when you consume garlic. The reason is that garlic can worsen a person’s halitosis or bad breath and as such, it is unsuitable for consumption if you have plans to go to a public place.
