There are so many things that could cause back problems. But, the good news is that there are some easy solutions, and you can access back pain treatment, from the comfort of your home.
1. Heat and ice therapy
In the short-term phases of back pain, ice packs may alleviate discomfort and aid in the reduction of inflammation. Please keep in mind that you should not apply ice straight to your skin. To protect your skin, wrap it in a light cloth or gauze.
Warm compresses may also help reduce discomfort once the inflammation has subsided. Consider alternating between hot and cold temperatures during back pain treatment.

Cat-Cow Pose: Beginning on your hands and knees, slowly alternate between arching your back toward the ceiling and dipping it toward the floor.
Child’s Pose: Sitting on the heels with your knees hip-width apart, lean forward to place your head on the floor, stretching your arms out in front of your head.
