EKO HOT BLOG reports that Mr. Andrew Nice, the BRT driver will be arraigned today (Friday), for alleged involvement in the death of his passenger, Oluwabamise Ayanwole.
“The BRT driver that was arrested in connection with the murder of the late Bamise Ayanwole comes up today at Yaba Magistrate Court,” Ademiluyi said.

Ayanwola got missing while returning to Ota from Ajah on Saturday, February 26 when she boarded a BRT bus with number 240257 going to Oshodi at about 7pm at Chevron Bus-Stop.
It was gathered that the victim worked as a fashion designer at Chevron Estate, Ajah, and spent weekends at Ota, Ogun State, with her sister.
Recalls that relatives, activists, and other protesters stormed the State House of Assembly in Lagos, demanding justice for the murder of Oluwabamise Ayanwola.
Protesters who went to the Assembly with the deceased’s immediate elder sister, Damilola Titilayo Ayanwola, said it was painful that such an incident occurred.
They also urged the government to do more to ensure the safety of people and property.
Protesters also demanded justice and expressed concern about the safety of BRT vehicles.
However, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa, Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, promised that the legislative arm of the State Government will ensure that justice is served in the case.
