Barcelona Star Reacts To Iheanacho’s Classic Goal For Leicester City Against Burnley
- Super Eagles of Nigeria striker Kelechi Iheanacho scored a beautiful volley goal for Leicester City on Wednesday night
- In their 1-1 away draw against Sean Dyche’s Burnley FC at Turf Moor Stadium
- In the week 27th of the English Premier League.
Kelechi Ihenacho retained his spot in the Foxes starting eleven, despite not finding the back of the net for the club in their 3-1 home defeat to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal football club on Sunday, but he was able to impress today, as he scored a beautiful goal for the visitors towards the end of first half.
Coach Brendan Rodgers gave the former Manchester City star a starting role in the away team’s attack alongside England star Jamie Vardy, and he was superb, as he marked his excellent performance with a fine goal.
The host opened scoring through Matej Vydra in the 4th minutes, before Kelechi Iheanacho scored a classic goal in the 34th minutes after receiving an assist from his compatriot Wilfred Ndidi, as the first half ended 1-1.
Both teams tried so hard to score more goals in the second half but all their efforts were not successful, as the match ended in no victor, no vanquished, EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
Reacting to Kelechi Iheanacho’s beautiful goal, Barcelona Feminine star Asisat Oshoala reacted by commenting ‘O Por’ which simply means ‘It’s plenty’
The draw against Sean Dyche’s Burnley FC now means Brendan Rodgers led Leicester City are still sitting in the 3rd spot of the English Premier League table with 50 points from 27 matches played.
