Eko Hot Blog reports that the Hallmarks of Labour Foundation (HLF) has announced Bashorun J.K. Randle as the winner of the prestigious “HLF Role Model Award for Outstanding Contributions in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Governance.”

In a letter addressed to potential congratulatory message sponsors, the Foundation stated, “We are pleased to inform you that Bashorun J.K. Randle has emerged as the winner of the above-titled award.” The selection recognizes Randle’s exceptional contributions to entrepreneurship and corporate governance, particularly in the business sector, setting him apart as a great Nigerian role model.
The award presentation ceremony, which coincides with the Foundation’s 27th anniversary, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
In anticipation of the momentous occasion, the Foundation has extended an invitation to individuals and organizations to join in celebrating Bashorun J.K. Randle’s accomplishments by placing congratulatory messages in the event’s brochure. As stated in the letter, “In order to make this event unforgettable, we respectfully invite you to join us in celebrating this great Nigerian with your congratulatory message to be featured in our events brochure.”
The Foundation has offered concessionary rates of N200,000 and N100,000 for full-page and half-page congratulatory messages, respectively, with a deadline of March 19, 2024, to meet the printer’s deadline.
Patricia Otuedon-Arawore, the Executive Secretary of the Hallmarks of Labour Foundation, emphasized the significance of the award and the Foundation’s mission in the letter, stating, “His selection is in recognition of his outstanding contributions in entrepreneurship and corporate governance, particularly in the business sector. This has set him apart as a great Nigerian role model.”
The Hallmarks of Labour Foundation is chaired by Ambassador Dr. Christopher Kolade, with H.E. Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Professor Itse Sagay, and Mrs. Grace Giwa serving as members of the Board of Trustees, alongside Patricia Otuedon-Arawore as the Executive Secretary.
