Bashorun Randle To Receive HLF Role Model Award

Eko Hot Blog reports that the Hallmarks Of Labour Foundation (HLF) is set to present the HLF Role Model Award to the former president, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Bashorun J.K. Randle.

HLF’s Executive Secretary, Patricia Otuedon-Arawore, announced the upcoming award presentation in a statement on Monday.

According to HLF, Bashorun Randle is being recognised for his outstanding contributions in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Governance.

The former KMPG Nigeria chairman will receive his award at the foundation’s anniversary on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“We are pleased to inform you that Bashorun J.K. Randle has emerged Winner of the above-titled Award,” the statement reads.

“His selection is in recognition of his outstanding contributions in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Governance, particularly in the Business Sector. This has set him apart as a Great Nigerian Role Model.

“The presentation ceremony, which is the highlight of the Foundation’s 27 Anniversary, will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

“In order to make this event unforgettable, we respectfully invite you to join us in celebrating this Great Nigerian with your congratulatory Message to be featured in our Events Brochure. Bashorun Randle, an accomplished chartered accountant, is the Chairman of J.K. Randle Professional Services.

Besides being an accomplished accountant, Bashorun Randle is a prolific writer of nearly 50 years and a published author of several books. His passion for the development of Nigeria shines through in his regular op-eds.

Bashorun Randle is also a former Governorship Candidate in Lagos State.
