The Bathroom is the place where your keep your body cleaned up and it is also a very critical area, so you must be careful while in the bathroom, little mistakes in the Bathroom can lead to different kinds of diseases.

1. Sitting a long time on the toilet
People frequently read novels, periodicals, or scroll through social media while on the toilet. Because the seated position puts a lot of pressure on the veins in your lower rectum, which can expand or bulge, sitting on the ceramic throne for too long can induce haemorrhoids.
Rectal bleeding is the most typical symptom of haemorrhoids, but you may also experience irritation or discomfort around the rectal area. This is just a friendly reminder that personal time should not be spent on the toilet.
2. Keeping your toothbrush too close to the toilet
Toothbrushes should be kept about four feet away from the toilet because, as noted earlier faecal matter and urine can fly from the toilet bowl when you flush and live the lid open. It should not also be placed on the sink due to splashes from soap and dirty water.
3. Not washing your hands properly
Cleaning your hands with soap and water for twenty seconds is all it takes. According to a Michigan State University study, 95% of people do not wash their hands long enough to properly eliminate germs, with an average hand-washing time of only six seconds.

4. Not taking care of your toothbrush
Researchers discovered that the average toothbrush contains roughly 10 million germs of unpleasant bacteria like E.coli. To get rid of any residual bacteria, rinse your toothbrush well after each use and soak it in vinegar for about 30 minutes every three months.
