The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has said that no judgement barred the All Progressives Congress (APC) from taking part in this Saturday’s governorship election.
INEC’s National Commissioner and Chairman for Information and Voters Education Committee, Festus Okoye, insisted that the judgement of the Federal High Court in Yenagoa delivered by Justice Jane Inyang did not give an order stopping APC as a political party from participating in the election.
Okoye, however, said that the poll would go on as planned by the commission.
