BBNaija Dotun Oloniyo became a national sensation after he was unveiled as a Reality TV Star on the Big Brother Naija Show on the 23rd of July 2023.

He was born and bred in the city of Lagos City. For academic purposes, he spent part of his early adulthood residing in the ancient city of Ibadan. Dotun Oloniyo and his family often visited his ancestral home in Ekiti during childhood. He has a younger brother named Joel Oloniyo.
