Instagram has deleted the account of popular BBNaija Housemate Whitemoney. Before the account was taken down, WhiteMoney had over six hundred thousand followers on Instagram.
The reason why Instagram deleted WhiteMoney’s account remains unknown.
Instagram’s account disable policy stated that: “We disable accounts that have a certain percentage of violating content. We are now rolling out a new policy where, in addition to removing accounts with a certain percentage of violating content, we will also remove accounts with a certain number of violations within a window of time.
“Similarly to how policies are enforced on Facebook, this change will allow us to enforce our policies more consistently and hold people accountable for what they post on Instagram.”
However, a new backup account has been created for Whitemoney. The new account has almost two hundred thousand followers.
This is coming few hours after he was made the new Head of House for week eight of the show.
