The player was particularly impressive in Club Brugge’s UEFA Champions League home loss to Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund.
He is expected to be named in Nigeria’s squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double-header against the Mediterranean Knights of Libya.
