Belinda Effah Joins Actors Guild Of Nigeria (AGN), Colleagues React

“I woke up to a call from my daddy the Odogwu himself, Ebubedike @peteedochie. To know him is to love him. Thank you sir for decorating me with my AGN ID card during the recent visit of AGN president @emekarollas to you in Abuja – God continually bless and keep you ebubedike @peteedochie – much love,” Nigerian actress Belinda Effah, wrote via her verified Instagram account.

The 30-year-old Cross River State born actress, shared a recent picture of herself with top actors and some members of the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria.

She was spotted with veteran actor Pete Edochie as he presents her identification card to her in Abuja during a recent visit.

However, her colleagues have reacted over the fact that she is just getting the card.

Uche Ogbodo writes, “So u are just joining the guild now?

Another actress, Nuella Njubigbo, also commented, “You’ll pay fine o … with all these money you’ve been packing. Congrats hun.”

Belinda made her first television debut in the 2005 TV series Shallow Waters. Afterwards, she took a break from the series to feature in the reality show Next Movie Star. She finished 5th, and was never evicted from the house.

She was once a television presenter for Sound City, a Nigerian Entertainment cable station. However, she left the station to start her own TV show titled Lunch Break with Belinda.

She recently produced her own movie, Miracle.
