Beyoncé To Give N190 million To Assist People During Pandemic

Popular American singer, Beyoncé took the lead and decided to step up to the plate during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Music star plans to provide more than 190 million Naira in subsidies to help those threatened with eviction in the United States.

EKO HOT BLOG gathered that she will give these funds in the form of grants of $50,000 to people that are experiencing a housing throughout the outbreak.

Beyoncé posted on her website that individuals would be allowed to submit a grant application starting January 7, 2021.

An estimated 9.2 million people lost their income as a result of job cuts as the pandemic progresses and have fallen behind in rental payments.

Several of these tenants are expected to reimburse their rent in full as soon as moratoriums are lifted.
