#BiafraExit Trends Ahead Of Nnamdi Kanu’s Wednesday Live Broadcast

The agitation for the sovereign state of Biafra, although not new, is often in the news with the latest being a call for #BiafraExit ahead of Wednesday’s broadcast by the leader of the group, Nnamdi Kanu.

In 1967, Igbo leaders declared a Biafran state. But after a brutal civil war, which led to the deaths of up to a million people, the secessionist rebellion was defeated.

Nnamdi Kanu is the latest in a line of ethnic Igbo activists taking up the cause of pushing for an independent state, saying the Igbos have been marginalised by successive Nigerian governments.

It’s morally and legally unacceptable to continue letting non-existing @NGRPresident deceive many nations in Nigeria.
