Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated Realtors/Real Estate Agents to join our team in Port Harcourt. In this role, you will be responsible for client acquisition, managing property listings, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. No prior experience is required, but strong communication and social skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Use marketing and networking strategies to identify and attract potential clients.
Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
Client Consultation: Provide expert advice on real estate transactions, understanding client needs to offer suitable options.
Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, addressing client questions and highlighting key features.
Market Analysis: Stay informed on property values and trends through regular market research.
Negotiations: Act as a mediator between buyers and sellers, negotiating favorable terms for clients.
Transaction Management: Oversee transaction processes, from contract preparation to final paperwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong interpersonal abilities.
