Boko Haram: Rights Group Says NGOs Must Be Probed
– CGG said that activities of international NGOs in Borno encouraged terrorist groups to continue to attack Nigerians
– The NGOs has helped the terrorist group advance as well as having the ability to recruit new fighters
– The coalition said that the activities of some international NGOs in the northeastern part of the nation were becoming very worrisome
The Coalition for Good Governance and Change(CGG) has said that the activities of some international Non-Governmental Organisation(NGO) has encouraged Boko Haram sect to continue to carryout attacks on Nigerians.
The convener of the group, Princess Ajibola,in a statement, said the activities of some of the NGOs has helped the terrorist group advance as well as having the ability to recruit new fighters.
The Group, however, called for a probe of some of those international NGOs working in Borno State.

The coalition said that the activities of some international NGOs in the northeastern part of the nation were becoming very worrisome.
The coalition, thereby, urged the National Assembly to take a definite stance against this threat to the nation.
