Boko Haram: Women, Children Seek Refuge On The Streets

The Chairperson of the  Borno State Emergency Management Agency (BOSEMA) , Hajiya Yabawa Kolo, has provided accomodation for over 1000 women and children at the Stadium IDPs camp on Monday afternoon.

The state government made this provision as soon as they got to know that the women and children sought refuge in the open at Maiduguri for the fear of Boko Haram.

They had been staying on the streets for about 14 days afraid that their village might be raided by terrorists.

They were sent to take refuge in Maiduguri by their husbands while the latter remained in Kayamla, Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State.
