“If the Catholic Church encouraged their members to read the Bible, nobody would be there now,” he said.
“They know that if people read the Bible carefully, all their practices would be exposed. That’s why they make sure they discourage them from reading it. Only what the father says is final.”
He further criticized the church’s doctrine, claiming that the belief in the priest as “another Christ” is misleading and unbiblical.
“Their priests are called ‘Another Christ,’ but when Jesus spoke of ‘another Christ’ arising, this is what he meant—’Altar Christos,'” Damina argued.
Damina also condemned the Catholic belief in the Eucharist, where the bread and wine are said to become the body and blood of Christ during Mass.
He described this practice as “another gospel,” claiming that the continuous offering of Christ’s body during every service is a distortion of biblical teachings.
“We have a lot of people to free from deception. If we don’t, they are on their way to hell,” Odamina added, urging Christians to be wary of the teachings of the Catholic Church.
His comments have sparked a wide range of reactions, with some supporting his views, while others have criticized him for targeting the Catholic Church.
