Bournemouth staged a dramatic late comeback, overturning a two-goal deficit in the final moments to stun Everton at Goodison Park.

Everton seemed poised for their first win of the season, leading 2-0 with just minutes remaining, thanks to second-half goals from Michael Keane and Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

However, the Toffees unravelled spectacularly as Bournemouth scored three goals in nine chaotic minutes, leaving Everton shell-shocked and their fans in disbelief.

Antoine Semenyo’s tap-in from Dango Ouattara’s cross initially appeared to be a mere consolation, but it sparked a remarkable collapse from the hosts.

With two minutes of added time played, Cherries captain Lewis Cook levelled the score with a header from Luis Sinisterra’s cross, setting the stage for a jaw-dropping finish.

Four minutes later, Sinisterra nodded in Justin Kluivert’s cross, completing the astonishing turnaround and securing Bournemouth’s unlikely victory.

The defeat leaves Everton rooted to the bottom of the table and marks them as the first team in Premier League history to lose a match after leading by two goals as late as the 87th minute.
