The students of the College of Agriculture and Animal Science, Bakure, Zamfara State, who were abducted by bandits, have regained their freedom.
According to Zamfara State Governor, Bello Mattawale, the students were on Friday released through the help of some repentant bandits.

The governor also noted that no ransom was paid for their release.
Meanwhile, Governor Mattawale has declared closure of all major markets in Zamfara, close all filling stations in local areas, no selling of fuel in jerry cans.
