BREAKING: Atiku Files Appeal Against Tribunal Judgment At The Supreme Court [PHOTO]

Eko Hot Blog reports that Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have filed an appeal at the Supreme Court challenging the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal, which dismissed their petition against the election of President Bola Tinubu.

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal had on September 6 dismissed Atiku’s petition, holding that he failed to prove the allegations of irregularities, corrupt practices, and substantial non-compliance with the electoral laws contained in his petition.

Atiku and the PDP are therefore praying the Supreme Court to set aside the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal and declare Atiku the winner of the February 25 presidential election, among other prayers.
