President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the sale of all assets forfeited to the Federal Government on the grounds of corruption.
Buhari gave the order while meeting with the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption today(Thursday), at the State House.
The President revealed this via his Twitter handle @MBuhari.
Buhari further directed that the proceeds from the sales of the forfeited assets be deposited into the Treasury Single Account (TSA).
“In my meeting with the Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, today at the State House, I reiterated my directive that every asset forfeited on account of corruption be sold and the money put into the Treasury Single Account (TSA), for the benefit of Nigerians,” Buhari said.
