BREAKING: Curfew Is Now 10pm To 6am – Lagos Govt

– Lagos State Relaxes Curfews to begin from 10 pm to 6 am

– Lagos State commends residence for acquiescence

Lagos State Government has declared that the curfew of the state which was meant to be from 8pm to 6 am should commence from 10 pm to 6 am.

The curfew was imposed in the wake of the breakdown of law and order, following the hijack of the peaceful #EndSARS protests.

Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, on Friday, made this known in a statement, stating that the governor commended residents for observing the curfew, “which is expected to restore normalcy in our communities.”

Sanwo-Olu, therefore, urged all residents to go about their businesses in peace, even as they shun ‘actions that can threaten our unity.”
