BREAKING: Edo Guber: INEC Collation Centre Goes on Break, Resumes at 5 PM

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) collation centre for the Edo State governorship election has taken a recess after announcing results from 16 local government areas.

Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, the Returning Officer for the election and Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, called for the recess at approximately 2:10 PM.

He stated that the centre will reconvene at 5 PM to announce results from the remaining two local government areas and potentially declare the winner of Saturday’s election.
