A magistrate court sitting in Enugu State on Monday has ordered that the guardian, Mr Jude Ozougwu and Ifeoma who pierced a nail into the head of a 10-year-old Nneoma Nnadi be remanded in the state’s correctional centre.
It as reported last week that the accused were arrested following a report that the they had pierced nail into the head of a little child who assist the family in doing domestic work.
The couples were brought before the Chief Magistrate Agu of Enugu North Court 1 sitting in the Enugu North Magisterial District.

The state police command said the case was bordering on three-count charge including attempted murder.
Delivering judgement, the judge ordered that the accused be remanded in one of the state correctional centers in the state until the next hearing.
