BREAKING: Five Vehicles Burnt as Petrol Tanker Explodes in Ibadan

Panic erupted in the Egbeda area of Ibadan, Oyo State, as a petrol-laden tanker exploded, igniting a massive fire that engulfed two articulated trucks, an 18-seater bus, two commercial cabs, and three motorcycles.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the incident occurred at Iyana-Ajia, near the ongoing Iyana-Ajia bridge on the Ibadan-Ife Expressway.

As of the time of this report, the tanker is still burning, while the affected vehicles have been reduced to ashes. Emergency response teams are on the scene to contain the fire.

Fortunately, no casualties have been reported.
