Tosin Ogunbodede, the Chief of Protocol to Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, is dead.
He died in in a fatal road accident along Ilesha Road on Saturday night.
Ogunbodede with his driver and one other person involved in the crash were reportedly rushed to the Wesley Guild Hospital, Ilesa, Osun state where him and his driver were confirmed dead.

However, sources in government said doctors are still trying to save the life of the third individual whose identity is still unknown. He reportedly sustained various degrees of injuries in the crash.
Ogunbodede was appointed as Chief of Protocol to the governor in 2017.
Though there has been no official statement on the incident but a radio station in the state reports that Akeredolu’s Chief of Staff, Olugbenga Ale has confirmed the incident.
Eko Hot Blog recalls that the governor had lost four of his aides within the last two months including the State’s Health Commissioner, Waheed Adegbenro and most recently, Commissioner for Regional Integration and Special Duties, Bayonile Ademodi.
