EKOHOTBLOG reports that unknown gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have attacked ECWA Church in Kogi State, killed one person, and abducted two others.
The Church attacked by the gunmen on Sunday is located at Okadayo-Kabba, along Okene road, Kogi State.
An eyewitness disclosed that the assailants opened fire on the worshippers as Church service was going on, and killed one person on the spot.
The source added that two other persons who were shot are currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.

The eyewitness, who spoke on condition of anonymity, further disclosed that the Pioneer Provost of College of Education Technical Kabba, Chief J.O.T Oshadumo, and one other were kidnapped by the gunmen, adding that his wife and some students sustained gunshot wounds.
As gathered by EKOHOTBLOG, the incident was confirmed by the Chairman of Kabba-Bunu Local Government, Moses Olorunleke, noting that the details of the attack would be made public soon.
Meanwhile, the Kogi State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP William Aya, could not be reached for comment as of press time.
