BREAKING: Hoodlums Take Over NLC Office
- Armed hoodlums in the early hours of Wednesday took over the office of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) in Kaduna State.
- The incident was confirmed by the Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Muhammad Jalige.

EKO HOT BLOG gathered the thugs numbering about 100 occupied the secretariat of the NLC which is the meeting point of workers partaking in the ongoing 5-day warning strike in the state.
The Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Muhammad Jalige, who confirmed the incident, disclosed that 20 of the assailants have been arrested.

Jalige added that security operatives have been deployed to forestall break down of law and order in the state.
Recall that the protest organised by the NLC turned violent on Tuesday as suspected hoodlums attacked the protesters at NEPA roundabout along Ahmadu Bello Way, Kaduna.
The protest, however, continued in the early hours of Wednesday as the protesters converged at the secretariat, chanting, “No retreat! no surrender!”
