BREAKING: INEC Concludes Imo Election Results Collation, Unveils LGA Vote Breakdown For APC, PDP, LP

Eko Hot Blog reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) returning officer for the Imo State off-cycle governorship election, Abayomi Fashina, has announced the end of collation of all results of Saturday’s poll from all Local Government Areas in the state.

Three major candidates for the Imo State election are Governor Hope Uzodinma (All Progressives Congress – APC), Senator Samuel Anyanwu ( Peoples Democratic Party – PDP), and Senator Athan Achonu of the Labour Party.

From the results announced, Naija News reports that the candidate of the APC, Uzodinma, led his major opponents by a wide margin.
