EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Head of Directorate of State (DOS) of the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Chika Edoziem, will address supporters of the banned group at 7pm, on Saturday the 15th of January 2022.
This is according to a tweet on the official page of the IPOB DOS on Friday.

“The Head of Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Chika Edoziem will address Biafrans on Saturday the 15th of Jan 2022. Please join the Broadcast on all IPOB Platforms. Time: 7pm Biafraland Time,” IPOB’s DOS said in a terse statement.
IPOB is a separatist organization in Nigeria. Its main aim is to restore an independent state of Biafra in the Old Eastern Region of Nigeria, comprising mainly today’s South-East and South-South Regions of Nigeria, through an independence referendum.
The controversial group was founded in 2012 by Nnamdi Kanu, a Nigerian-British political activist known for his prominent advocacy of the contemporary Biafran independence movement. It was deemed a terrorist organization in 2017 under Nigerian Terrorism Act.
