EKOHOTBLOG reports that the Kaduna State Government has announced a ban on commercial and private motorcycles in the state.
This was made known by the Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, at a press conference on Wednesday.
The ban, which was announced as a measure towards tackling banditry, will last for three months in the state.
EKOHOTBLOG reports that the state government also banned possession of weapons with effect from Thursday, September 30, 2021.
Aruwan further noted that tricycles have been restricted to operating between 6am and 6pm.
