The Lagos State Ministry of Health has confirmed three new cases of coronavirus in the state.
The ministry made this known via its official twitter handle on Monday afternoon.
“Three new #COVID19 cases confirmed in Lagos.
“The first case is a Ukrainian who arrived in Nigeria on March 15 via a vessel.
“The second case is a United Kingdom-based Nigerian, who arrived in the country on March via BA75.
“Third case a UK-based Nigerian, who arrived Lagos on March 13 via TK625.”
Meanwhile, Five new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Nigeria in the early hours of Monday, by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.
The NCDC via its Twitter handle tweeted; “Five new cases of #COVID19 have been confirmed in Nigeria: two in FCT, two in Lagos and one in Edo.
