BREAKING: Magistrate Court Grant Dele Farotimi N30m Bail

Human rights lawyer, Dele Farotimi, has been granted bail by an Ekiti State Magistrate Court, in a defamation case filed by Afe Babalola.

EKo Hot Blog reports that the 2023 African Action Congress, AAC, presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, announced the development of his Facebook handle on Friday.

Recall that Farotimi was arraigned over alleged defamation of character following his book, ‘Nigeria and its Criminal Justice System’ where he alleged, among others, that a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Afe Babalola, had compromised the Supreme Court.
