Residents of Ondo state are now panicking over reports of outbreak of lassa fever in the state.
According to an undisclosed source, who resides in Owo, Ondo state, the disease has claimed many lives at the Federal Medical Centre.
Although the commissioner for health,Dr. Wahab Adegbenro in a hone interview with newsmen said the issue is being addressed by government officials.
“I am currently at the governor’s office and we are having a meeting about the report and possible solutions.
“There will be pronouncement after the meeting. ”
