EKO HOT BLOG reports that the Minster of Aviation, Hadi Sirika made it known while briefing newsmen after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The meeting was presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He said the national carrier will be run by a company in which the Nigerian government will hold a 5 percent stake while Nigerian entrepreneurs will hold 46 percent.
He said the remaining 49 percent will be reserved for yet to be assigned strategic equity partners, including foreign investors.
He further noted that the national carrier, when operational, will create about 70,000 jobs for Nigerians.
