The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 35 new cases of coronavirus in the country. This brings the total number of cases to 442.
NCDC made the update on Thursday night. It noted that nineteen of the cases were recorded in Lagos, nine in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), five in Kano, and two in Oyo.
According to NCDC, “As at 10:20 pm 16th April there are 442 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. 152 have been discharged with 13 deaths”.
