EKO HOT BLOG reports that an Investigative journalist, David Hundeyin, has raised the alarm over a planned attack on the Nigerian Army School of Artillery, Kachia in Kaduna State.
Hundeyin said he was informed that the terrorists are planning to carry out the deadly attack before the end of 2022.
This online news platform gathered that the School of Artillery in Kachia houses a major ammunition depot in Nigeria.
According to Hundeyin, “I’m sure the Department of State Services, DSS, already knows all this”.
“Since the DSS is suddenly arresting terrorists, let me mention that dozens of sources have been mentioning since May that before the end of the year, a major terror attack is planned on the Nigerian Army School of Artillery, Kachia, which houses a major ammunition depot.
“The depot at Kachia is the 2nd largest munitions dump in Nigeria after Ikeja Cantonment, and capturing it would effectively give the terrorists enough firepower to take over Abuja before the election, which is their stated aim.
“But again, I’m sure the DSS already knows all this,” Hundeyin wrote on his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday.
In Nigeria, violence and terrorists acts have recently become more widespread across the federation, piling pressure on the federal government.
