BREAKING: President Buhari Meets Security Chiefs, Others In Aso Rock (Photos)

• President Buhari has met with Security Chiefs and others in the Aso Rock.

EKOHOTBLOG reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has received briefings from the Chief of Defence Staff, Service Chiefs, the Inspector General of Police (IGP), and other heads of security agencies at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

This was disclosed via a Facebook post by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, on Tuesday.

“President Buhari receives Security Briefing in State House on 7th Sep 2021,” Adesina posted.

Others at the meeting include the Ministers of Defence, Bashir Magashi; Justice, Abubakar Malami; Police Affairs, Maigari Dingyadi; Interior, Rauf Aregbesola; and Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama.

It was learnt that the attendees at the meeting are expected to brief President Buhari on the current security situation across the country as well as proffer solutions.
