BREAKING: Scores Feared Dead As Gunmen Strike In Southern Kaduna

Scores of residents have been feared dead as gunmen again struck in Southern Kaduna.

EKOHOTBLOG reports that no fewer than 30 persons have been killed following an attack by unknown gunmen in Southern Kaduna.

It was gathered many houses were razed in the attacks which occurred in Madamai and Abun villages in Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The former Coordinator of Kaura Youth Coalition, Comrade Derek Christopher, disclosed that the assailants invaded the communities around 5pm and started shooting sporadically, adding that some injured persons were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, the Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Muhammed Jalige, could not be reached for comment on the incident as of the time of filing this report.
