BREAKING: Seven Covid-19 Patients Regain Freedom In Lagos
Lagos has discharged 7 more covid-19 patients after they tested negative twice consecutively today.
Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo Olu made the disclosure on his twitter handle, he said, ” Today, we discharged 7 more patients who have fully recovered and tested negative twice consecutively for COVID19″.
“The patients include one female and six males; three of the discharged male patients are foreign nationals; two Ukrainians and one Italian”.
The Governor said , ” I bring you good news from IDH, Yaba, which is as a testament to our resolve to overcome the lethal COVID19 pandemic ravaging the world”.
This brings to 39 the number of discharged cases in Lagos, out of the total 145 recorded in the state since the outbreak.
Governor Sanwo-Olu urged Lagosians to support the government by complying with its directives and taking responsibility for self and commuinity.
He tweeted, “As we look forward to more great news in the coming days, I implore you all to support our offensive against #COVIDー19 by complying with our directives and taking responsibility for yourselves and your community”.
