Eko Hot Blog reports that President Bola Tinubu has ordered the full implementation of the Oronsaye report.
This was contained in a press statement issued on Monday by the special Adviser to the president on media and publicity Ajuri Ngelale.

According to the statement, the president has also constituted a committee to implement the mergers, scrapping, and relocations of certain agencies within 12 weeks.
The Steve Oronsaye’s Panel was set up in 2011 by President Goodluck Jonathan. The committee submitted an 800-page report on April 16, 2012, which recommended the abolition and merger of 102 government agencies and parastatals, while some were listed to be self-funding.
