Rhodes-Vivour and Jandor had filed petitions to challenge the declaration, saying Sanwo-Olu did not secure the most valid votes.
A member of the tribunal’s three-member panel, Justice Mikail Abdullahi, who announced the judgement said the petitions were dismissed.
The tribunal had struck out the petition filed by Rhodes-Vivour and Labour Party (LP) from that of the PDP.
A member of the tribunal’s three-member panel, Justice Mikail Abdullahi, who read some preliminary motions challenging the competence of some aspects of the petition, stated this while delivering judgment on the objections raised by respondents in the matter.
